Credit card payments are processed through eWay; Steep Store does not store any credit card information.
7 DAY RETURNS
You may return your items back to us for a store credit within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your item is not in it's original condition we will send it back to you.
HOW TO RETURN
Email us at info@steepstore.com.au stating your order number & reason for return, we will then provide you with the return address.
Please note, the return costs must be covered by the customer. We advise to hold on to your tracking information as we will not be held liable for any missing returns.
STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, your store credit code will be emailed to you.
Please note there is no expiry date for your store credit.
